Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Free Teleprompter, provided by Artra Teknoloji Ltd. Şti., Türkiye. By using the app you accept them. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. The service

Free Teleprompter is a teleprompter that records video while your script scrolls. Your content stays on your device; you are responsible for it and for having the rights to what you record and publish.

2. Accounts

An account is optional and only needed for AI tools and purchases. Keep your Apple or Google account secure. You can delete your account in the app at any time.

3. Subscriptions

Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your App Store or Google Play account. The price and period are shown before you buy. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies.

4. AI tools

AI results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Review them before use. Do not use the tools to create unlawful, harmful or deceptive content, and do not enter sensitive personal data. You can report a result from the result screen. Usage limits apply and may change.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, reverse engineer it beyond what law permits, or use it to infringe others' rights.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of content; keep backups of important recordings. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country. Contact: abdullah.onus0@gmail.com.
