Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Free Teleprompter (the “app”) processes, why, and your choices. The data controller is Artra Teknoloji Ltd. Şti., Türkiye. Contact: abdullah.onus0@gmail.com.
1. What stays on your device
Your scripts, recordings, projects and accepted AI results are stored only on your device. We do not upload them. Videos you export to your photo library are managed by your device.
2. Account (optional)
You can use the app without an account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, Firebase Authentication (Google) processes a user ID, your e-mail address (for Apple this may be a private relay address), your name if the provider shares it, and which provider you used. When you use the AI tools without signing in, a guest (anonymous) account is created so that usage can be counted. We store a profile (language, guest or not, dates) and a device record (a random installation ID, platform, device model, OS and app version) in Cloud Firestore (region europe-west1).
3. AI writing tools
Only when you use an AI tool and after you agree in the app, the text you enter or select is sent to our server (Google Cloud Functions, europe-west1) and forwarded through OpenRouter to the model provider (Alibaba Cloud, Qwen) to produce a result. We request that providers do not store or train on your text. We do not keep the text or the result on our servers; we keep request metadata (time, operation, length, cost, status) for up to 30 days to enforce limits and prevent abuse. Do not enter sensitive personal data into AI tools.
If you report an AI result, we store the reason, your optional note and — only if you tick the box — the generated text, for up to 90 days to review it.
4. Advertising
The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. Where required (e.g. EEA, UK, Switzerland and certain US states) we ask for your consent with Google's consent tool; you can change your choice any time in Settings → Privacy choices. AdMob may process your device's advertising identifier, IP address and ad interaction data. Pro subscribers see no ads.
5. Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We receive the purchase status needed to unlock Pro, never your payment details.
6. Service configuration and security
Firebase Remote Config (maintenance / minimum version switches) and Firebase App Check (verifying requests come from the genuine app) process technical device and app data.
7. Legal bases
Performance of the service you request (account, AI tools, purchases); your consent (personalised advertising, sending text to the AI provider); our legitimate interest in security and abuse prevention; legal obligations.
8. International transfers
Our service providers (Google, OpenRouter, Alibaba Cloud) may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards required by applicable law (for Türkiye, KVKK Article 9; for the EEA, standard contractual clauses).
9. Retention

10. Your rights and account deletion
You can access, correct, or delete your data and withdraw consent. Delete your account in the app (Settings → My account → Delete account) or see how to request deletion on the web. Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription. Residents of Türkiye may use their rights under KVKK Article 11; EEA/UK residents may also complain to their data protection authority.
11. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
12. Changes
We will update this page and the date above when this policy changes.
